Judge rules no…case can proceed. Illegal aliens have no 2A rights. Pretty simple really. The case, USA vs. Carlos Restrepo will proceed to trial in January of 2025. Should illegal criminal invaders who lie on ATF Form 4473 be able to petition the court for 2A rights? Hell no.
