Vineland, NJ – The Vineland City Council will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, April 15, at 5 p.m., prior to its regular work session, in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, located at 640 E. Wood Street. The meeting’s agenda includes public hearings and final readings for two ordinances. Ordinance No. 2025-27 will amend the city’s zoning code, clarifying terms such as “Office” and “Substance Abuse Counseling or Treatment Center.” This amendment also considers adding new types of offices and harm reduction centers in alignment with a resolution from the City of Vineland Planning Board. The second ordinance, No. 2025-28, will amend various sections of the city’s zoning code, specifically the B-1, B-2, and B-3 business zone standards, as well as the In-1 Institutional Zone standards. Formal action will be taken on these ordinances during the special meeting. No other business will be discussed at this time.
