The crash occurred around 8:19 p.m. and left the vehicle heavily damaged. Emergency crews worked to clear the scene, but no injuries were reported.
The crash involved a New Jersey Transit Atlantic City Rail Line train, which had departed 30th Street Station in Philadelphia at 7:03 p.m. The train, carrying approximately 33 passengers, was headed to Atlantic City when the incident occurred. Authorities have not yet disclosed the cause of the crash, but both the train passengers and the driver of the vehicle were unharmed. Train service was briefly delayed while officials worked to clear the site of the collision.
