CREST HAVEN, NJ — Cape May County has successfully renewed its StormReady designation through March 2029, highlighting its ongoing efforts to enhance weather preparedness and public safety. The National Weather Service (NWS) awarded the designation based on the county’s success in meeting stringent criteria across six key areas, including communication systems, weather monitoring, and community preparedness.
